A Pilot's Life Chapter 2 is a paid for add-on that uses 3rd party windows outside the sim to control your day to day operations for those of you that want to fly on or off VATSIM. I was in the same boat....finally got to a point where i said F' it and just used the default FBW livery if there was a livery I couldn't find. Game doesn't mark against you for that

I’m unable to get the flight stage at the bottom to turn green. My server connection is green, the flight sim is connected but the flight stage still indicates red. Worked last night but not today. :/

@dr.aviator Yeah there was a problem with the latest update to FSPCU7 that was causing that. I have yet to update it.

Thanks for the tutorial, but my question is this: is it possible to start a career with a C172 or a Baron 50? I can't find any airports with these aircraft. Thank you

I don't think you can do GA as they are mostly VFR. If you are looking for VFR career Something like NeoFly or OnAir would do the trick for you. APL is more IFR and Airliner driven.

hi, just got it ,cant connect to sim in PL2,i put file in comunity right?or dont matter i did have it somewhere else.

As long as you have FSUIPC7 for MSFS 2020 Downloaded and the latest version. Shouldn't have an issue :) You can put to any drive you want too it doesn't intergrade Directly with the Flight simulator that you are using.

So when u buy a license when u first start do u have to actually have those specific planes already in game or does it unlock them for u with the license or can u download the type of planes as a mod

Depends on how much realism you want to accomplish. I have done flights that the route told me to use an A321Neo and I used a B787-10 for it instead. This application doesn't check for the aircraft unlike some other career mode apps and add-ons.

All of them suck. Neofly is torture not fun. I hope MS does better in 2024.

I like APL it has more freedom than the other two. I just wish that they did have a career mode in MSFS and not have a use for a 3rd party app. But, if I have to say if you are just wanting to fly the "big birds" then APL is a better Option for that. If you want to do more bush trips and GA then NeoFly and OnAir would be a better option.

I love both APL and Neofly 4. In Neofly, I just do my own thing buying and selling products while I fly around. I figure I’d fly around anyway, so I may as well make a game of it.
