It looks like you prefer tighter fit. According to Adidas' sizing chart, size US8 is recommended for 25.5cm foot length. I just got a pair of Adios 8 during the Black Friday sale. My foot length is about 26.2cm, so I picked US9 following the chart and it fits very well.

Adidas size chart is all over the place IMHO. I wouldn't give it to much attention honestly. I personally don't find it accurate enough and the designs sometimes are a bit "unreal" for the humun foot. I prefer to try them in few sizes and go with the one that fits me better. In Adidas for me Size 8 US is ok 85 - 90% , and the rest of them I have to go +0.5 bigger. From time to time they are sneakers like "Duramo Speed" that are badly designed and I don't even bother to check them in a different size than the size 8 US. The shape is "incorect" for the normal human foot. Unless someone has arrows instead of feet. So that kind... I just do myself a favor... and skip it. In my case with Boston 12 I have enough room in between the front end and the end of my toes. But, you also have to consider the width and the kind of instep/arch you have. My instep in medium - high. Why I find Adidas size chart inaccurate for me ?!? - Adidas 8 US = 25.5cm - Nike 8 US = 26cm - New Balance 8 US = 26cm - Asics 8 US = 26cm - Onitsuka Tiger 8 US = 26cm And so on... At the end everyone choose the one he/she likes but, for my feet that have ~ 26cm the size ES 41 1/3 - 8 US seems to be the right size, with enough room inside (please check these timecodes 12:26 and 19:29 that is the space inside, for me is more than generous this way). Maybe your feet have more than 26.5cm when swell?! Usually they have to be measured in the evening after 8 PM. Or after a long shift... Mine have 25.7cm and 25.9cm "cold". They are not equals. And 26.3-26.5cm when they did the warm up. Or after a long shift. Or more than 1h on feet. Best fit is always made with checking them in our feet for few minutes. The size charts remain only as a reference to know from "where" to start searching our size.

Would you do the Decathlon line up please. Especially interested in KD500, KD900, KD900x. You can get solid discounts on them time to time and worth considering in my opinion.

I try it few models in few occasions and they are to expensive for what they are offering (IMO). Adidas & New Balance still has are a better buy from what I've seen so far... The cushioning was no better, than the one from EVA foam... I was really disappointed. The rubber outsoles "are shattered" in many pieces... a lot of exposed foam in them... no good value for money from my perspective. I was looking for cheaper options for Adidas, New Balance, Nike, Asics etc... They weren't cheaper nor better. For people with really important overweight, those sneakers... might be an option because of the stiffer midsoles but, for average weight... I'm sorry but they have to do quite a bit better, in order to be able to recommend those products. I will still check them from time to time in the future but, only if I can find something that worth mentioning... I will bring them to the channel.

"thanks very much for the videos !" - Sure, you're welcome! "due to the budget limitation , I will choose Duramo SL or Duramo speed" Well, Duramo Speed they aren't what I was hoping to be for ME. Now everyone can choose what he/she please with no problem at all from my side. "I usually run 10km or more (plan to HM distance). from your view point , which one will be better ?" - You have to look for sneakers that have softer cushioning in general. Duramo SL are really good for the price (especially if you can get them somewhere with a good discount). In Spain we have plenty online outlet stores (and I'm sure that every other country has them too, if you know how to spot them) where IF you have enough patience, you can find really good stuff even at a PRO level. As I said the key is PATIENCE in doing the search daily/weekly etc till you find what you need. If you aspire to "HM distance" you must start considering taking good care of your joints... and that it can only be made as you probably know with the right stack and the right softness in the midsole foam (usually softer is better, also has to be bouncy). Those 2 are key points. Duramo Speed - has issues... because of that, please consider Adidas Questar 2 instead over both of those Duramo models. That sneaker was really good and I think it can be a serious option for over 10 Km. The compromise will be in the outsole that has less coverage (unfortunately), but the cushioning-stability-breathability is improved in Questar 2. "So far, my ability is about 5.0min/Km. I hope I can find an affordable shoes and also help me to get better running performance !" - If you have the chance try going in a dedicated running sneakers store to check multiple kinds of sneakers from different brands. Just to check them, it doesn't matter if you buy them or not. Later you can find them online at a better price usually, and at least you tried a bunch of them and you know better what you like and fits to your needs. Idle will be to have multiple pairs of different sneakers, I understand that is expensive for everyone (myself included), but in time with the right discount in the right store you can build your arsenal. If you don't have already you can start with "a daily trainer" and after awhile with another pair of "max cushioning sneakers" for Recovery Days. That way you won't wear yourself too fast and it will allow you to keep training even when you feel more tired than before, at a lower pace, of course... but still you're not quitting that day. I feel that I'm not entitled enough to give you these advices, because I'm not a "pro runner" myself (for me is just a hobby and I do it only to keep myself in shape as long as I can). Probably other RU-vid guys could help you more (if they willing to do it), because they have more experience than me, for sure.
