I just bought the same pair, I like the color tones, they make them a little different from the rest of the Forum. I hope they look good on me with wide pants ☝🏻🧐
For me it was space enough inside for both sizes, but having myself a medium-high arch I would had keep it the one with +0.5 up for some extra space over my instep. In between sizes is very little difference in mm if we check the length (I tested both sizes, if you check them next episode with them Ep139.1 you can see the exact values), so if I were in the situation that they don't have "my tts+0.5 up" available, I would still buy them in my tts and still be happy with them because it doesn't bother me either size. My feet have around 260mm, the insole from "TTS"=266mm and the one with "+0.5"=270mm. So those 4mm are close to nothing, if you look on a ruler in comparison with the differences in other models, where from a size to a next one the increase is about ! Is more something related with our own personal preference, than a necessity really, like in other models where going +0.5 is a necessity and the tts is something completely out of question. Other thing to keep in mind is that they have quite a bit of padding inside and for the hot climate that we have here in Spain, the bigger size will be my choice. I don't know how much this reply will help you, but for me this is how it was my experience with both sizes. The length is good enough in both sizes, and for me is like having "a second option" if I need it in case I don't find them in the bigger size. If you like to compare the length of the insoles in 2 videos to see how much is the difference in between them (Ep137.1 is +0.5 up and Ep139.1 in tts for me in Adidas).
