I’m glad you said that because I was a little worried when the nurse peeled off from my side, lol. But my mom was with me, and then stopped for a moment to see how I was walking by myself for the last 10 feet or so. But my mother was with me filming For the most of the walk. But you are correct, the nurse left my side when she reached the desk and it was my first postop walk. I was feeling a little, tiny bit off kilter. But overall ever since I woke up from recovery, I have had little to no pain and feel fantastic. It’s almost a dream how good I feel. And I deeply appreciate your care and concern and cringe! I’ve had so much support from the RU-vid community since the beginning of my journey that I am so much more motivated to blow this weight loss out of the water! I’m doing this journey to a better life of health for myself, of course. But now I can add to that, but I am hoping to help other people out there as well. The encouragement has a little fire in me 🥰 I hope that others that suffer with morbid obesity or obesity of any kind find the strength within themselves to get healthy in whatever way they find fit for their lifestyle. Because even at this stage of weight loss, I have found energy and self love that makes me wanna jump for joy. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 I’m so glad you’re in the nursing field. Looking out for all of us!
