I’ve been watching her for a number of years. If I had to answer the rapid fire question “describe Dr. Siobhan in 3 words” my answer would be “adorable, charming and inspiring” !
Have been watching Dr. Deshauer for many many years early in my pre-med career. Didn't work out with Canada, so currently in an Australian med school. Watching both your channels a) reminds me of why I should return home after (Violin MD) and b) how to set myself up to repay these outrageous loans and navigate the FM field (Breaking Bad Debt). I thank you both for your channels and keep up the great work!
The positivity means ignoring the criminal negligence in Canadian Healthcare, Violin MD paints an extremely false picture of our healthcare system, she's the typical Canadian doctor who smiles at your face then neglects you into endless pain and suffering
@@Zacs1993 There's definitely high demand for family doctors in Canada. Based on how many news reports coming out about family doctor burnout, it is a very real issue here that is exacerbated by the increase in paperwork, medical complexity, patient expectations, and rising costs of running an office. What's it like in the UK?
@BreakingBadDebt Thanks for the reply. We are all very burnt out here! There are constant junior and senior Doc strikes, pay is poor, workload is ridiculously complex and cumbersome and to make matters worse, we have a very under appreciative patient population here.
Just started watching and hoping for advice on how to build a career when the rampant medical negligence in Canada keeps interrupting it, I doubt I'll get an answer but we'll see
