EPA CFC 608 Test Fast Pace HVAC Study Lecture - Type 1 2 3 - Refrigerant Recovery, Recycle, Reclaim 

I was just taking a look at my EPA 608 universal after obtaining it over 5+ years ago. I watched all your EPA 608 videos and went down to the local testing and passed it first try. These videos were way more helpful than the actual in-person education I was learning. During my HVAC courses, I watched nearly all your videos and was ahead of my class for months. My in-person professor was quite confused on how I've obtained so much knowledge ahead of the courses. I was recruited using EPA 608 and was half way through my HVAC certificate many years ago. Thank you for all you've done! For any newcomers into HVAC world, spend all your time through his videos! I played these videos while eating, driving, etc. Use all the time you have available to further yourself. You won't regret it! Best of luck!

I took the test and made universal on the EPA 608 through ESCO yesterday. Your videos helped me a lot and gave me more information and tips in order to successfully pass the test first time around. The refrigeration technology is on the top , as it has many applications. Here in Europe , there is a growing popularity of using this technology in private house heating installations. And that will lead to increased demand for service technicians. I personally work in design department of a big company, where we've been developing a machinery based on ORC,it will be used to produce electricity from a low grade heat sources, eg. waste incinerators, geothermal plants, industrial process cooling cycles .... The basis of it is the manipulation of refrigerant in closed cycle , similar to that of cooling one. Here in place of expander valve , we use a screw compressor , which runs a generator .

Physics question - If refrigerants are heavier than air, and fill up a space from the bottom, how do they make it to the troposphere, and stratosphere? Picked up by wind?

Ive always been told when servicing equipment 2 never mix the gauges, always have a set of gauges for each refrigerant. i just got a testo 550 digital manifold gauge set and was told i can use it for any type. how would that work? would i just need 2 have a set of hoses for each refrigerant i work on
