Sir I have a query. salary disbursement date is 1/4/22 for the month of March 22. ECR uploaded date is 12/4/22.But payment to EPF made on 21/4/22.Does it attracts fine as salary disbursement is on 1/4/22.,so EPF payment date should be 15/5/22.

Sir. Plz make a video on PPF vs VPF. I hv the following qts. 1. If Rs.12500 invested monthly in PPF & VEG for 15 yrs. which one would earn more interest 2. Is VPF compounded monthly? 3. Once you request your employer to make an additional deduction for VPF... a little later is there a way I can reduce or increase the contribution towards VPF. 4. Once if I start investing into VPF after 5 yrs. Is there a way I can withdraw the VPF amt. 5. Once if we start contributing towards VPF does the employer contribution stop or does it also continue. VPF is same as epf, interests calculations, withdrawal are same as epf. Once VPF Cont started it will only stop not modified. To increase/decrease the Cont. Pls submit the request once in a year. VPF and EPF both will be deposited in our account as usual. VPF Cont + epf Cont can't go above basic salary+da
pls confirm one thing PF interest, damages and EPF interest, damages both have same percentage and calculation formula as i have seen in your videos 12 percent interest rate in both cases and for damage (0-2 months= 5%, 2-4 months=10%, 4-6 months= 15%, more than 6 months = 25%)

Hello sir, I was earlier an employee of BSNL.They deducted EPF amount from.my salary bt till date they have not submitted it in my pf account.Now,as I have changed my employer to AAI,can I still ask BSNL to provide proper justification for this delay?...Are they still liable to submit this amount (along with penalty and damages caused) in my pf account..If not what is the other way to deal with this situation? Dear Sir, I hv worked with KRISTEEL SHINWA INDUSTRIES LTD for 08 years and in December, 10th, 2021 I hv resigned from the said job. One thing I hv to bring to ur notice that the employer of the said company is deducting 100% PF amount from employees salary and he is not deducting his 50% share to the employees PF account. As per the PF department rule that there will be 50% contribution from employee's salary and the employers has to pay 50% contribution from his own account. If the employer miss using it then what punishment is there against such employer? Pls advice. Also I am requesting him to approve the bank KYC for the last six months i.e. from January 2022 till now 15.07.2022 he says that his digital signature ( DSC) is pending for activation from the PF department so he is waiting for it. As per my knowledge no pf Department keep any DSC approval work pending for any company for such a long period more than six months. Can u pls guide me what should I do with this employer , so that in future no other employees will hv to face this problem at all. Awaiting for ur prompt reply. Coz now I m in need of money and due to employers missbehsviour I am facing this problem that I cannot withdraw my money even after 07 Months time. Looking forward to hearing from u soon. Sir, I am working in the government department (Rajasthan Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd ) through a private firm on a contract basis. Sir from the month of Feb 2022 to July 2022 (6 Months) I have not got my EPF universal account no. till now and I also do not even know whether the firm is deducing my provident fund. The second point is that where I am currently working is a continuous corporation but the corporation is not verifying my name in the PF list which comes along with the firm bill of our payment. I also do not even know whether the firm has deducted provident fund money from the past 6 months (Feb 2022 to July 2022) because when the firm gives his bill to the corporation my name is not shown in that list. The third point is that as an employee I would like to take your advice regarding this matter so that I should take legal proceedings against the corporation and the firm. I request you to give your guidance because it has been more than a month of writing a written application to the higher authorities of the corporation. I am waiting for your response. Thanks,
If employer not deduct the pf amount intensionaly for a long period but the employee is eligible for pf contribution then who will pay the employee share ? Employee or Employer.

My former employer has not paid PF despite deducting the same from my account 3 years back. I have filed multiple complaints on EPFiGMS as well as CPGRAMS portal in the last 3 years but the amount has still not been deposited. My previous employer paid my final month's salary only after taking affidavit from me that I won't make any claim going forward. They were well aware of non-credit of PF maybe that's why they took the affidavit. What can I do now? Kindly help.

Sir, kindly help me on an issue, I just joined a company as an accountant, But I can't find out how to round off the EPF amount, one of our employee's Basic + DA is 3729, so his contribution should be 447.48, and as per rule ( ROUND OFF TO NEAREST DECIMAL,) I rounded it off by .48 paise, that means 447(BCOZ 447 IS CLOSE THAN 448 FROM 447.48) but 447 is 11.98% of 3729, So am I right ? or I should Roundup the amount to 448? please help me with this Issue, please sir, Otherwise I have to lose my job.
