I'd like to imagine Serral didn't know this was Harstem and probably just went "wtf this random toss wants to play lategame?" Vs literally no.1 in world at lategame
Watching 2 of my favorite sc2 content creators, Harstem and uThermal, both playing weird challenges is a win. Incidentally, between Harstem, Lowko and uThermal, the Netherlands is quite the sc2 content powerhouse. GGs Captain
Serral be like "Zerglings: 4k minerals Hatcheries: 5k minerals Spore Crawlers: 500k minerals Drones: 4k minerals Someone who is good at macro help me budget this my brood lords are dying"
this was 10x more entertaining to watch harstem vs uthermal since i watched uthermals version first. whole time i was wondering what that first scouting probe was doing and now i got my answer watching it from this pov
You have beaten Serral if your APM was 300 higher and your decision making was perfect. For real though you went the distance with one of if not the best late game zerg. Was awesome to watch thanks Captain.
As a protoss who hates terran... I loved watching uthermal go salt mining and hit the mother load with that last game lol. Captain's reaction priceless
I believe holding that center base was critical to the game. There were numerous attempts to put a base there with no real effort to stabilize. Harstem has the killer instincts of a couragios wolverine or a honey badger. Unfortunately, he visciously attacked into a herd of Serral's stampeding elephants.
I don't understand who watches a Harstem video and then isn't subscribed, I mean daily uploads and really high quality and entertaining videos, this was a very entertaining episode regardless of the lack of winning
Harstem not playing as Harstem but as Bill Gates playing uThermal not playing as uThermal but as jungleballs. This is so meta. And it leaves so many questions. Did the both not know who the other was? Or just one of them? Or did they both know but didn't reveal it on purpose for premium quality entertainment for all of us? If you didn't know, Harstem you gotta do better research. You HAVE to know all the idiotic names that Thermy uses for his cheesy series. It will help with your MMR 🙂
uThermal was streaming and was told by chat after the game was over. They may have said something during the game but he missed it. He's pretty consistant about naming his opponents if he knows or guesses who they are so unlikely to have concealed it.
👍 if you have arrived here from the Uthermal's channel😂 and Harstem btw although you lost this video realy entertained me, epic and close battle with Serral! thanks for your efforts. despite i'm not a fun of protoss race, liked & subscribed✊
Calling this 'such an old game' makes me feel old haha. That said - I think it still feels current to me graphically - and there isn't really any replacement for this game (At the moment).
"Sepe Midas Susi or Big Bad Wolf is a Walt Disney cartoon character that appears in Finland on the pages of Donald Duck and Donald Duck Ekstra magazines. "
That 2nd fight looked really winnable vs Serral tho it seems like 3 tempests weren’t hotkeyed (25:16) and so were 2 volleying instead of getting the oneshot. Was surprised during the game that any broods were left alive at the end and only noticed in the replay
game one 11:00 i want you to double expand here. you effectively did just transition from GMA to even late game. also send some hallucination scouts about a minute earlier
I like your content Harstem, your comments are great addition to great gaming. While watching you this game I had an idea - how about contact Serral (or any other streaming / commenting while playing player) to send you the record of his stream and create a edited record where there would be switching your comments and his comments / POVs / split screen etc. through out the game? As we can see in talkshows. It might be interesting and fun to see your comments and comments of your opponent after specific situations and thoughts process in the match. Thank you for consideration this :)
seeing Thermy's video before this one made 2nd game feel like a horror story As for Serral, you should've known better mate. Him and Rogue are too good at dealing with skytoss, so you needed to outplay him on the spellcaster department which is no easy feat
3:05 "This is really not a very common build order for a couple of reasons, one being that it probably sucks." Damn you, you should put a warning before these quotes. I spat my drink all over my screen.
That you lost that fight with such a broken army and upgrade lead was so suprising. But I guess, there werent enough interceptors. But i dont know for sure.
I never seen a Zerg (pullout) huge concave where their surround and hide their army under the fog of war waiting for the correct moment to fight from the POV of the zerg enemy. Thats kinda terrifying if you are not used to it. Like been given a false sense of victory
Harstem personality and banter 10/10, UThermal trolllolooloolo hahahhahahha 10/10, Lowko your average friendly neighborhood gym-rat/try hard nerd 10/10. Are the woman as quality as the men in the Netherlands? I might need to move?
Some spoilers, but RIP that first game, Harstem really was close to winning there, I think maybe if he hadn't been casting it real-time and was focusing harder like in some of his other recent vids he really could've gotten the win. edit- please forgive me harstem I'm sorry for commenting before finishing the entire video
Awe maaann! You had it until you overextended across the map around the halfway mark. Just needed to secure that gas and have a few more archons like you said. GGs!
You're right, I am a prick. Also here is Uthermal's perspective on the 2nd game: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FZtCuHtRZjY.html&ab_channel=uThermal2
