Jenn, I'm so glad you acknowledged our role in the sustainability of our planet. I'm vegetarian myself but try to reduce my dairy and egg intakes so am not vegan. I don't think diet and lifestyle can be so black and white. If everyone reduces just a little bit that's all we need! :)

I never exercised continuously throughout my life and spring of 2018 I finally did begin to do physical workouts everyday. I had in the past however I never stayed with it. Before working out, I could barely pass my knees when stretching to the floor. But now, after a year, no stretching or yoga, just exercising, I am able to place both hands on the floor! Above losing weight and becoming stronger, I think being able to touch the floor has been my biggest achievement haha 😂😂💕 you can do it!

I rarely comment on YT channel but SERRIOUSLY i need a ben in my life 😢 I watch a bunch of Jen's video for years and realize that Ben & Jen are so so so great toghether 😭❤ Almost every aspect of their relation i already learn at psy college. What i love the most is they didn't shy to give each other compliments and words of affirmation. Both of them are so expressive through their feelings!!! Totally. Also after going vegan for 2 years, I've switched to plant based because vegan may not mean the best for the environment as I had thought initially. Eating locally and being conscious is the best we can do. Love this vlog Jenn!
