Great job and nice design. One thing that no one ever mentioned in home reno projects is the importance of working well with your spouse/partner. You two seam to have a great chemistry. Again great job and all the success in future endeavors.
This is a very nice renovation good job! I hope you keep on working hard to get more projects done and learn along the way, with us and from us. Here's a start. I would recommend extending the vanity to the left because of the empty space there, and there is already space on the right for any additional miscellaneous things like a trash can etc. Also I would love for there to be more shelf space either above the addition of the countertop or above the toilet. Love from Michigan ♥🌎
I just started watching y'alls videos & I absolutely love the fun & energy you bring in.every video. It makes me want to start ripping up carpet & tearing down walls in my own home, just for fun! Lol I do have a question for y'all...my husband & I have been changing a few things around the house ourselves. We have any & all tools to accomplish, basically any project, we have some knowledge but a VERY LIMITED BUDGET...until we save for our big upgrades, what would you suggest, would be the 1st things to do/ change on a $500 budget for a bathroom?. It is small bit it is a full bath.
My partner and I are soon to buy our first home. Both of us are pretty handy people, and we watch these videos (your videos) to get us excited. THIS CHANNEL ROCKS
Love the style and layout but you had the space for a double vanity and should have done it with that weird space in the corner. Other then that absolutely love it, keep up the good work!
my biggest nightmare - buying a house that got renovated on "budget". I can't even imagine how frustrated that must be to ripp down everything because the pipes are failing after 2 years.
I’m pretty sure they’re not doing the plumbing. Either way, everything is always done on a budget. There are plenty of hacks out there both DIY and professional that will screw things up out of ignorance, greed, or a plain lack of care and integrity, but this looks like a fairly quality job. It’s on par with a lot of the professional jobs that I’ve seen done in this line of work
It's smart that you're wearing protective glasses. One time when I pruned a fruit tree something got in my eye from a branch I was cutting . I ended up with a corneal ulcer that I had to take antibiotics for. My eye doctor told me that corneal ulcers are a major cause of blindness in third world countries.
I'm curious how many years of construction experience do you both have to be able to do these house flips and remodels yourself? I'm looking to get into the flipping industry myself & would really like to know what I need to learn to do
Start with remodeling your own home first. The biggest thing about flipping houses is time. It can make it break a deal. I hire out all the labor for a quicker entrance to the market. Good luck
Do you guys have any plans in coming to southern Maryland? I am super excited about renovating a REO (only 765 sq ft )waterfront property my husband not so much.
You did a great job really enjoyed watching! Did you put in a ceiling vent for exhaust for playing at moisture or did you not need to do that because you have windows?
This is great to watch your videos it almost makes me want to flip houses too. But then you realize you live in europe and houses are made of brick instead of (ply-)wood.
We don’t talk about it to avoid confusion for the viewers. Each country, region, county, municipality, etc. Has so many different rules and regulations so we would hate to give advice that doesn’t apply to everyone.
Yes and in America you have to check with the town or city if it’s inside city limits. And with some houses they can be in a historical district and that’s a whole ‘nother can of worms.
