280 pounds of fangs and muscle are really scary. The book "Soldiers of Ice" from the Forgotten Realms has gnolls as secondary characters. They can be interesting!

With Gnolls you need cultiststo make them work as more than beasts.

Another great video review. Thanks. Agreed - don’t like the new box designs and my last campaign I used Gnoll nolzur minis and they weren’t tough enough but I enjoyed painting them. This review really helps

I enjoyed the old artwork on the box covers, but getting to see the minis is cooler because the design and sculpt team do such a great job.

I've got gnolls coming up as secondary antagonists in my campaign, I really hope this box releases in Australia before then! It's very strange, because the entire steamforged games webpage for epic encounters won't load at all so I can't find any info on when it will release down here.

Please include measurements of the heights for the figures -- "scale" is a meaningless concept. Fantasy figures vary, widely, in "scale": 1/72 = 25mm, 28mm = 1/65, Heroic 28mm, 32mm = 1/56, etc. Reviews which share the figure heights, are the most useful, as the viewer can decide whether the figures are the correct physical size for their needs. My favorite monsters got new minis sign me up!!

Could you please tell me what the base size of these minis is, for regular gnolls / orks etc. We use Nolzur's minis and our maps/grids are 1 inch. Would epic enounter minis fit the grid?
