I don’t know who else needs it written out but here you go! Thanks for the amazing recipe! We’re making it this thanksgiving and can’t wait!! Measure panko crumbs by pouring a layer in base of pan, season with salt and pepper and mix together, put bread crumbs in a separate bowl and set aside 1 cup of shredded gruyere 1 cup of shredded Colby jack 2.5 cups of shredded cheddar .5 cup of flour Preheat oven to 350 Start a pot of boiling water Melt 1-2 tbsp of butter in a pan and toss with bread crumbs until golden brown, about 2 mins Cook noodles in boiling water for 8 MINUTES In a saucepan over medium low heat melt one stick of butter( don’t let it burn!) and add in .5 cup of flour for roux. Mix for about 1 min. Looking for an applesauce consistency Mix 1 cup of milk in. Wisk together for about 30-45 secs. Repeat with another cup of milk. Once that’s mixed in and your roux is less thick, add in shredded cheeses, .5 a tub of garlic cream cheese, .5 a tub of regular cream cheese. Wisk all together. Add about another .5 cup of milk and mix in. Should be a globby cheese mixture at this point. Next add in 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of paprika, a couple dashes of franks red hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix together Continue adding milk at this point until you get your desired consistency. A thinner smoother cheese works best when going to be baking it in the oven so less likely it’ll dry out. *In total he used about 3.5 cups of milk Next combine noodles and cheese sauce in a pot. Want noodles to be swimming a little bit in the sauce so there’s a little extra when baking. *Don’t use all the sauce, reserve some to pour over top when it’s done baking Pour mixture into your oven safe casserole dish, and sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on top Bake in oven for 20-25 mins. Until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Once done top with leftover cheese sauce and serve

@@deisymontes I have no idea! This will be our first year making it but it’ll just be a side for us and are planning on having 7 people. I’d say for an average amount of people you probably only need to make one. But if you have a larger group I’d maybe double it!

Thankfully my kids are all grown working and college now. Don’t know I did it raising them alone with no help. I’m just glad and blessed my kids are doing great and I don’t let them know the difficult times mom is going through. But once I can afford to get the ingredients for this I really want to make it. Also congrats on 100 million views. You will be at 100 million subscribers before you know. Made this yesterday for a family dinner and OMG it was gone SO quickly LOL! Everyone loved it! My store didn’t have the 2 diff styles of cream cheese and I didn’t have Dijon so I just skipped that and used regular cream cheese and was still SO good!!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit !!! I tweaked the recipe a little bit with more hot sauce, double gruyere, no Colby but added extra sharp cheddar cheese and it was amazing !!!! Thank you!!!! Keep it up I love your recipes!!!!
