Love it, it has a color block look to it with the darker blue skirt and tie!

Your color-block shirt dress with waist tie came out beautiful! Love the princess seaming and the addition of the skirt. Now I'm going to check out April.

You won hands down on this one. April is amazing and I watch her all the time. You just made a piece that is not seen all time, where as a halter top has been done so often from men shirts.

This collab was a brilliant idea! Very well shot too with the fun "dueling" scenes (fake hostility)... Great transformations both!

Yeeeeeeeeees.........get out of my closet........seriously......I just found a bag of men’s shirts of all colours and they are big sizes......that I had thrifted some time ago. I washed and folded them for whatever future project that I watched. Now I just loved this restyle you did with the shirts......a twofer..........🥰 Now all I have to do is decide which shirts to use. Fantastic! I love the separate skirt option. I’m sewing machine challenged and will do mine via hand sewing with one exception. I’m going to make the “sleeve” belt as a separate so I have a few more options, i.e., the fantastic drop waist look you did, or a high waist, or no belt!

I enjoyed the intro production for the DIY Challenge, it was so funny. This is great that you and April got together on this because both of you are equally innovative in upscaling thrift finds. Like both end results, like Orly because of the two piece results, look, and my more likely to wear and I like April for the items she thrifted, style (like that it had thick shoulder straps) and the handy work used was s intricute and if I was not so large in the chest area it would be a go.
