Great video. I did the IoW challenge as well. My top tip use plenty of talcum powder everywhere, in your socks pants. I had 3 small blisters and no sore bits. But that course is brutal, I fell over in the mud twice
Great tip that! I definitely will be heading back...one day and will take that on board. It truly was brutal and the mud felt like it was never ending but was funny seeing how everyone tried to negotiate it differently.
