10:18 if I recall the first movie correctly, they hunt a moose-deer creature the size of a minivan... which makes me think it would have been very cool to see the Tarzan-looking guy taming animals to aid in the fight instead of just going arround with an axe, but I suppose vIsIoNaRy DiReCtOr Zack Snyder is saving that kind of thing for _Rebel Moon Part 5: The Director's Cut_ or whatever 11:45 Nemesis cutting her own arms (or one of her arms at least) so she can use the swords with superhuman proficiency would be an interesting idea if only they had dedicated any time whatsoever to explore it

You are way more forgiving of Snyder's work than I am. The man is the definition of pretentious. Everything he does is so self-satisfied while maintaining a level of emotional depth only a 14 year old would admire. You'd think with the work he's done, he'd take the opportunity to grow as an artist, but he's still stuck in his original mindset: "It would look cool if X but gritty!" Which come to think of it, still doesn't explain Slip and Slide Flash, the worst super speed hero in all of fiction. I have no idea how Snyder convinced himself that running looked good, slow mo or not.
