Makes me want to visit the lake district even more!! Was this trip recent? Wondering if October is a good time of year up there. Also gear question. What Lowepro backpack are you using? I've been looking for something good for travel. Thanks!
Thanks Dave! It's such a great place to go. The weather is always pretty changeable up there so I would expect some rain this time of year. This was actually filmed in August but even then we had some heavy rain. The Lowepro backpack is a Freeline BP350. It's a really great bag.
Great shots and awesome video. Really love the gorgeous skin tones and the cool vibrant colors in the video. Was that done in post? If so, what app or color grading did you use? Thanks so much in advance :)
Lovely video. Were you using the tripod because of the low light so you could use a low shutter speed or do you always use a tripod so there is less shake and the pictures are sharper?
Thanks Tom. It was mostly because the light was low so I could expose a little longer. But if I have time, I like to use one for landscape photography to get some steadier shots!
@@radicaleyemag Did the sigma lens work out on the full frame body, I've got a canon eos 33 and eos 5 at home, but was wondering if the aps-c sigma lens can be used without heavy vignetting? Great video's by the way, big fan of the channel!
Hey ! Very nice pictures and video mood. I just got my X100V because I'm more into streetphotography but occasionally I would love to shoot landscape as you do. Ofc it's not a big lens but the point is to have fun right? Cheers from France and stay safe
Thanks Miguel 🙏🏻 using any focal length between 18-24 you’d have to crop quite heavily. I shot everything between 24-35 so no need to crop but at the wider end there is some quite strong vignetting that you’ll see in some of the shots still. I did some basic vignetting corrections in post on some of the shots but that was about it
Did you get any vignetting shooting with the 18-35? I’m looking to get this camera to use with my sigma but worried about the vignetting! Great video man.
With a film speed like the Portra 160 or even 200 speed film, would you need to use a tripod or could you do without one and still end up with some quality photos?
I usually love y’alls content but I feel like the title is too click bait because I didn’t really learn anything. 🤷🏿♂️ I was expected to learn something but I just watched y’all shoot... STUNNING PICTURES THOUGH! 🙏🏿🔥
