This quality of questions and presentation is matching any world class interview on a very difficult/tricky subject like HEALTH. Amazing work from Ramya. I was watching Stay Fit with Ramya and Dr Pal’s videos continuously for past 3 days as a starter for my weight loss journey. Now both of them are talking in one video😍😍
I lost 5 kgs in a month just by finishing dinner early, and I have vadha type dosa. I heard from a Siddha doctor that intermittent fasting is perfect for vadha dosa people as they have less appetite, and it will help them lose weight. In my case, it's true and it's easy for me too as I don't get hungry that easily. But I used to eat without being hungry, and late at night, I would have snacks. For the past two months, I've been eating only two times a day mostly. I try to eat only when I am hungry. At times, it's not possible when we go out. Still, I don't have a healthy meal plan for every day. I am hoping to make and follow one very soon.
Apart from the usual சொந்த கதை வெட்டி கதை interviews,this one is the best worth watching. You yourself is a knowledgeable person on personal health,it's sick that U do regular சொந்த கதை சோக கதை interviews just to cater to masses. I have never watched your சொந்த கதை, அடுத்தவன் நேரத்தை வீணாக்கும் celebrity கதை videos. If not for Dr. Paul,I wouldn't have come here. I felt like a zero after watching this :( I am so far away from everything they spoke. I really hope I find that discipline and strong mindset to change my lifestyle for the better. And Ramya, you are doing a wonderful job sis. Not just in this interview but always your questions are very clear and sensible and to the point. Love watching your interviews. The interaction with your guests are always interesting and enjoyable:) but this one is much needed for our current gen. Qora food street in anna nagar is just promoting night lifestyle and people from all age group are getting affected cos it doesn't look abnormal or wrong cos many are doing it. I am one among them :( Its high time v give importance to our health considering so many new diseases and no proper treatment most of the times. Prevention is better than cure and better late than never.
Not only you me too and I’m soo worried I have my lab work this year ( they call blood test lab work in US 😂) and I really hope my HBA1C has reduced from last year 😢 but I haven’t dont anything differently. Too busy and stressed to exercise!

I was so happy they discussed about bristol stool chart..i work in the same hospital where this was developed and proposed which i use for every patient’s assessment.
@Ajm337 may I know which hospital this is? I’ve suffered from IBS from many years, where stools are mostly constipated. I would like to consult on this, if possible.

Dr. Pal, great point on getting your gut bacteria used to healthy foods and that it will crave for it over a period of time. Also on the fiber digestion and increasing the quantity slowly is an awesome advice.

Thanks to Dr Milk and foodpharmer and fittuber I started reading the ingredients and understood why I was weak during my childhood and slowly eliminated bad foods I still eat them but only Doritos 1 pack sometime just to feed my tongue and to defeat plateau
