Fuck I really miss the O&A show. That really fucked up my daily routine. Jim nailed it on the head with the guys being mean to each other is funny. There's nothing like that anymore, there's podcasts like this, ants show and opies show and pretty much everyone is nice to each other giving relatively tame interviews.

If Bert was specifically attempting to quote the age old adage, 'Alea Iacta Est - the die is cast,' then the word die should be used. If Bert only intended to use the analogy of throwing a pair of dice to decide one's fate, then the proper word is dice. There is also the possibility of purposefully conveying a malapropism for humorous effect, but I don't think Jim or Bert were doing this.
