Have you read the Noma Guide to Fermentation? Would you consider doing a video on your experience with fermentation, and if you think it has a large role in the future of culinary or not. I'm really interested in this topic and would love to hear your take on it.

This dude has some serious skills and I'm just waiting for him to make something a little more intellectually stimulating, so I was trying to push him to do other videos! I understand his approach though, gotta cover your bases first 👌
