Week one of the season brought with it some challenges. We had everything from torrential downpours to high winds to heavy snowfall. Despite the poor weather all of the guests had a great week of fishing. We had a lot of people talk about catching their personal best Walleyes, Northerns, and Lake Trout! The dock fishing everywhere was phenomenal, which was nice when the wind was too strong to get out in the boat. We managed to stay on track with our camp checks, keeping everyone supplied with minnows and making sure they were all having a good time. Week two looks like it's going to be a beautiful one weather-wise so we are looking forwad to that! Stay tuned for our next episode, which will come out on Monday.
