4 cloves of garlic
1/2 a medium onion
16 oz of whole peeled canned tomatoes( remove as many seeds as possible)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sauce series!

Bro. I'm a server that's been in the industry for a while and lean mostly into wine but, I also love to cook. My go to channels have been pro home cooks, joshua weissman, and ethan chlebowski. I wish you’d add vegan alternatives to your list to your recipes. Or at least consider what you make that is vegan. Thank you for mentioning how you incorporate your Misen En Place!!! Very helpful for us home chefs who need to have the message and examples repeated.
