I bought some of these for my old 4 x 4 escape and when it went in for a service I thought i'd get the guy there to fit the shields as I might stuff it up , he put them on and set them too far back on the front windows so when it rained it bloody poured in , now I have a honda CRV and just got shields delivered so after I wash my car today , i'm putting them on myself so it doesnt happen again , I figured I can't do any worse than the last guy.

The hard part is the clips install on a 2022 CR-V would think is the same process, what is NOT mentioned in this video is there is a A and B clips, as they are different designs. The hands block exactly how they are installed and the proper angle and how they should be facing outwards. Just a couple of observations on my part, perhaps video be edited or redone a little more slowly.

Can the pins that hold the visor to the clips be purchased anywhere?

Wish I would have gotten something like this! Mine just has 3 m tape no clips and website said it comes with clips! Keep seeine tons of people with only tape talking about problems with it coming off which totally looks like it would happen

How long after install before you can wash your car? Parts told me 72 hours before I can get them wet or they won’t stay on.

How do you remove these? Will the chrome be permanently damaged by removing the adhesive or will goo gone take care of it?
