Mike Florio of Pro football Talk (who has some beef with someone on Tua's team) was very disparaging about Tua's weight loss. Saying good luck on getting a contract in the rumored range because he's so much more smaller than last year. He hinted that someone is saying Steve Ross is hesitant to break the bank for Tua. I would think if that's true, someone is in Ross ear and there's one person he's been friends with for a while now who has not been a believer in Tua and that's Mike Tannenbaum. Not saying that it's him, but I wouldn't be surprised. It makes sense and the connection is there. Tannenbaum has not hidden his disbelief in Tua although he's had no choice but to soften that a bit due to Tua's improving play. But I think it was Dave Hyde or maybe it was Perk, that said on one of your shows, there's someone being an adult in the room keeping this from happening right off the bat like with Goff. With Miami offering an incentive laden deal 1st. You know I don't agree with that of course. I think he should be paid more than Herbert because he's accomplished more recently in my mind vs Herbert's potential. But that's my opinion. You might want to look into that further. Might be a story there.🤷‍♂️
