Wendy, it’s so lovely to see your content on RU-vid again! One of your videos in 2019 was one of the most important pieces in a larger healing puzzle for me. Hi Wendy. I've listened to you since 2018 and took a few courses at TheShiftNetwork. Anyway, I have a question. Do I have to sit straight when I visualize grounding cord? I am a person who usually lying down, especially meditating. I recently listen to your videos before sleeping but I feel little awkward to visualize grounding cord lying down 😅 Do you have any suggestion? Or it's better to sit while clear the energy?
