I tried this this morning followed by your “Yoga for Expansion” kriya! Wonderful combination to start the day!! ❤️ I am going to try this before your “Find Your Calm” practice too as I love to do that one before starting my work day. (LOL - you may recognize these statements because I also DM’d on your IG post this morning saying the same thing! 😂 I just like to share combos that work beautifully together for me in case it helps someone else. 😊)
