Just bought a 2018 and you can stop worrying about market nonsense and badging. The C43 with AWD is actually more fun than the C63 on a twisty road. This is probably one of the best drop tops you can buy under 100K.

Robert Brody Hows the ride? too stiff?, i got the c300 cabrio the ride is amazing smooth quick response alert perfect but dont carry the amg badge... your thoughts??

@@starwarsfan-ye9hw Yep...now have the 2019 C43 cabriolet with a tune to 470 HP. A perfect driving machine in all kinds of weather. When a C63s gets 4matic, I'll certainly consider one!

It is a lovely car....but...I have had to repair or replace 4 or 5 tires and have 2 wheels welded and now one replaced. A replacement wheel is $1150. I think the car is too heavy for a run flat or low profile tire. I've had several other cars with low profile or run flat tires and never had this problem before. It's very disconcerting as I feel uneasy about driving it out of town.

43 isn't a real AMG! end of the story! As far as I know it is based on Chrysler Pentastar engine ...and the cabriolet should be 63 just because the sound!
