As a Personal Identity Coach, I have created the podcast ‘All Things Identity’ to showcase the many incredible and inspiring stories of those who have faced challenge and / or adversity in life calling into question someone’s sense of identity. These individuals demonstrate the powerful resources we often do not realise we have to hand which help us to overcome these circumstances and to rediscover who we are truly meant to be. ‘All Things Identity’ gives hope to those facing their own struggles that they too will come through this and understand themselves far better.
During this episode, I talk to Joanne Jones, a brave mother of 4, independent and striking out in her newfound identity.
Yet having lost herself and her confidence after relocating overseas and becoming a stay-at-home mum, then losing a father she is extremely close to, and finally, losing her husband after an abuse of her trust, Joanne has faced just about every scenario so many of us fear, or will sadly be able to relate to on a deep and personal level.
However, Joanne’s journey is one of inspiring hope and optimism. Her story revisits the heartbreak she faced, yet also her incredible transformation. It truly is one for all those out there experiencing a similar heartache, as Joanne’s path is the blueprint for anyone else going through these sad and painful circumstances.
As we both agree, the future is bright.
