Episode 47: Cerebral Czars vs. Toronto Wolfpack
This game took place on October 29th 2019. Usually we're more evenly matched with this team but we just could not gain an momentum in this game and we found ourselves constantly behind. The 3rd period was our undoing and there were definitely a couple goals where its so important to keep your focus and positioning.
Final score was 6-3 for the Toronto Wolfpack.

Very interesting to watch, keep your glove up a bit more and blocker/glove a bit more forwards u will find more saves happen just because of them been there. Try to come a bit further out to the top of the crease too to cut down angles and you’ll be stopping a lot of them easier goals.

From what I can see, goal 6 ramped up your stick and underneath your blocker arm. Great game and video, however.

Good stuff Adam! I tend to drop my glove too even though I know you're not supposed to. We just have to keep trying darn it! At 4:40 this goal happens partly because of the glove drop - but even more because you aren't out challenging the shooter enough. Since he is alone and you don't need to worry about him passing it off, you can come out and cut down the amount of net he sees. Also if you skate out towards a breakaway shooter and stall a little before you start moving backwards, that often confuses shooters too. They run out of room and have to make the first move.
