Coronavirus update: While Ken stresses out bigly about protesters who want to reopen the economy, Joel calms his friend down by bringing in a special guest, who tears the house down. Oh, and no questions are answered.
I know I am so happy right now. I recently watched the episode with the “bear down for midterms” to “fat dog for midterms” dance and it brought me a lot of laughs. They are all so hilarious together.
Geoffrey goffman people do change. He probably would still hate the hours because he's older and even the other cast members found it exhausting. But lately he's been reposting other people's community stories on instagram and promoted that it got added to Netflix. And him and Dan Harmon must be okay now because they came to an agreement for him to film that scene for season 5 even though he had already left the show
@@joevictor53 Dude go watch the vulture reunion Community did a few months ago. Chevy did not attend and Dan laid into him the whole time. They still do not like each other.
I love the fact that Joel can be the quietest most laidback of the 3 and not feel like a third wheel because the chemistry is so... there. This is truly the greatest cast and I'm honestly excited for the potential movie.
I laughed so hard because of Alison I started tearing up. Please have her guest on the podcast more often, she's such a gem. She's literally a perfect woman.
I've always had trouble 'vibing' with high energy, bubbly people like Alison and Ken. Seeing Joel act in the same way I would, makes me feel a lot better. Thank you Joel
1:03:19 - Alison: “Joel, am I offending you?” There can only be one that can ask that, and it’s Alison Brie, who btw, CRUSHED this podcast. Bring her ALL THE TIME 🙌🙌
@@moneeraarabic i think "still" wasnt the right term haha but you can tell that he has a soft spot for alison brie haha but not in a romantic way offcourse, like a protective older brother way, idk
It’s their chemistry, they were a natural fit, their closeness and chemistry off screen led directly to Jeff and Annie’s on screen, definitely big bro lil sis vibes between Joel and Alison any time they do anything together
Why this podcast was the best so far in “The Darkest timeline”: Alison talking backwards feminism Alison is a huge fan of Doc Antle Alison flirting with inanimate objects Alison is trolling DeatMechanic Alison talking about farts Alison asking Joel if she is offending him Alison is a “Netflix gal” plugging her stuff enthusiastically Alison doing “credit consultation” Alison is sexualizing an avocado (and kidney beans) and generally being “HOT” quite literally Alison got an impeccable taste in films (did she just recommend “A Portrait Of A Lady On Fire”? WTG Brie 🙌) all the long while, Ken is ROTFL and Joel is smiling with contempt, trying to hold his snarky remarks because Alison is too great for that! Actually at the end of this, Joel kind of admitted he found god through Alison Brie’s existence. Awwww 🥰 #andamovie #JusticeForWinger #JusticeForJeffandAnnie
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a method to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot my password. I would love any assistance you can give me!
I freaking love Ken and Joel so damn much. I love Ken's intensity about this subject and how Joel is able to be sort of a softening point for him. Stay home and healthy, guys; we need you!
That’s exactly the situation I was in, had it playing while driving home from work then had to get on here and watch it just for the visual comedy gold
Ken is so damn understanding. He knows what he feels is right, but still sees every other position and feels sympathy and concern instead of anger and hate.
This podcast deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I haven't laughed this hard in months...and it was to a yam phone and seducing a banana. You are doing God's work. Coke Zero and North Face will be your sponsors in no time.
I wanna say 'yes' but it's pretty clear that it would just be the Alison Brie show, nothing would ever be discussed and no questions would ever be answered... ...I have no problem with this.
Maybe get Dan Harmon in to prep some storylines, Jim Rash as a sexually ambiguous foil/authority figure and change the setting of the podcast to a community college. Or something...
Eh, I like her on this podcast, she’s funny. However, it kinda ruins Joel and Ken’s thing which I’ve grown to love. With Alison it’s kinda just her talking while Joel doesn’t say anything, and Ken is just laughing. It’s easier when it’s 1 on 1. Just Joel and Ken
Wow this makes me laugh so hard, Alison Brie is so funny. I think this is the longest that another community member appear in the podcast and the chemistry is magical. No wonder the cast can endure those 15+ hours day on set when they can perfectly goof off each other
I cant remember when was the last time i laughed so hard. Alison is so unpredictably funny, i dont see it coming, shes so quick witted its awesome. I honestly cried out of laughter. Bring her every time! Oh, and put her in the thumbnail or the title!
Love this whole series, but haven't commented until this episode. Alison Brie is just absolutely fantastic! I adore Ken & Joel, but she had me laughing and smiling so hard that my cheeks started aching. No surprise, she's the reason Annie is my favorite character. I know they stray off topic and though I would love to hear some questions answered, I can't help but enjoy every second of the non-stop, random and animated banter. I think it says a lot about the ensemble chemistry that they don't ever need to rely on material to fill an hour and a half time slot. Without a doubt, the most therapeutic and joyfully cathartic episode thus far, funny to think it's the only one where we got no answers. I literally re-watched from her entrance and finished the whole video through.
God Alison is so funny, I was listening to this in my car and I almost had to stop because you guys made me laugh so much I practically became a safety concern
Alison should do this podcast every time with Joel and Ken ! These three are so funny together😍please make a movieeeeee for community with all the cast !!! #andamovie #JeffandAnniemakingoutplz
Alison Brie, around the 00:51:11 mark: “Covid19 has been really great for my cause, cause it’s putting women in the kitchen, and it’s putting them, you know, at home, cleaning in the home WHERE THEY BELONG” 😂😂 Ken Jeong: “That is so Doc Antle of you” Also Alison Brie :flirting with inanimate objects 😂
1:05:03 Watching you 3 talk about moments from the show is the best part for me. I feel like Abed when he went to his happy place with the Greendale Babies cartoon. Community is my happy place. So glad that it’s back on Netflix.
joel&alison dynamic just so like jeffannie 🤣🤣🤣 i mean he's quieter and less snarky and giving a soft laugh at something silly she did. that's so Jeff 🤣 and it obviously that he uncomfortable to talk about the jeff/annie romance while alison clearly not at all. that's so jeff/annie to me. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 god i miss them so much.
Yeah, he always gets weirdly quite & nervous whenever Alison is around in all their public appearances. And Alison always brings him out of his guarded/shell like state, she's always the first one to laugh at whatever he says, especially in their comic-con/interview appearances. They share a bond with each other that they don't share with anybody else, no wonder Jeff-Annie works so well.
Love you guys and greatly appreciate you doing this impure podcast. I enjoy getting to see your reactions to Alison's bits. Couldn't agree more that so many people, Ken included, need escapes like this to get through these tough times. Stay safe.
This is actually the best episode. Good god Alison Brie is amazing. I listened to this first, so I had to watch it for Alison's "I'm leaving now" sight gags, and I"m so glad I did.
This is awesome! Community is on Netflix now and I’ve been watching it for the millionth time. I love how passionate you guys still are about the show. #andamovie
It's heartwarming to see how much the cast pf Community still likes each other. If you miss working with them so much, you should consider making a movie. (I came up with that idea! There is definetly no hashtag or anything, making this idea popular.)
I don't think I've ever sat and watched a podcast this long, it didn't even feel like an hour and 40. This was amazing, loved how "bipolar" this episode was lol. Informative, passionate, hilarious, emotional, god this was great. Also Ken you gotta slow down on the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Coke Orange Vanilla™, I worry about you.
On the corona in Sweden thing. We have been encouraged to socially distance. And as a swede we already distance ourselves from eachother. We take personal space very carefully. You dont sit next to anyone on the bus unless you know them. We keep our distance, stuff like that helps us. As of The geographical factor, of course having buffer nations helps but travel is too easy for that to be a huge factor. The real Geographical factor is population density.
