Couple questions. First, how exactly do you two go about creative analysis and narrowing down which specific parts of the creative made the ad a success. For example, if you test a video and you see it has a high hook rate - how do you go about dissecting it further to truly understand what made it a success? Would you continuously change one variable within the hook (visual, text, audio, etc...) until you find whichever isolated variable works best? Secondly, how do you two go about tracking all of the creatives you've previously created for a specific brand?
