Epona 100 - Volunteering 

The EPONA 100 is a 100 mile race around the South East of Wales.
From iconic trails to stunning mountain passes, it has it all. The beautiful mix of Offa’s Dyke, Cambrian Way and Beacons Way really does come together to deliver a whistle stop tour full of highlights that will live long in the memory and in the legs.
I was lucky enough to volunteer along with many others to help 100 participants atempt this massive challenge.
Over 6 days of helping put signs up, setting up check points, kit checks, trackers, organising bag drops this was a non stop adventure for both runners and volunteers.
Well done to everyone who attempted and completed the EPONA 100.
