That plumber knows what he is talking about..the sink on the same side of the toilet is better for the flow and give a spacious feel to any bathroom..so proud of him for thinking differently from others!!

I notice most of the washrooms in Ghana are 4ft wide..my guest washroom is 4ft wide i wanted the toilet to be beside the vanity however it would not be passed by the city as the wall infront of the toilet has to be at least 3 feet away from infront of the toilet seat..thats why the standard bathroom here is usually 5×8ft..Thank God Ghana isnt strick on these things..4×10ft is good enough just have to work on the flow and your good..i enjoyed this video..Thank you.
