I don't think you actually need that chip reset device. *NOTE* I found this in the Service Manual. I have an Epson Stylus Pro 4000 and I reset it by holding down left, up, and down arrows while turning on. Then go to Clear Counters > Maintenance Tank > and Clear Tank. If it doesn't work the first time, it should work after doing this a second time. Best of luck to you all!

Hi, thank you for your tutorials have been very helpful, well I wanted to ask if you can help me with a problem I have with the printer, the LCD screen displays (ink low) try to reset the printer and I fill the cartridges but not the error is removed. as a way to fix this?
