Hi Daysi, couple of things you can consider; 1) This video was back in the days of VGA cables, so HDMI will give slightly different options. 2) You have to have an active source connected for most of the settings under Signal to be active 3) Resolution may be limited if your source device is outputting a resolution differing from the native resolution of your projector.
It's under Menu > Extended > User Logo. That will take a grab of whatever you're displaying on the projector and then allows some modification to suit. You may need to trial and error how you show your logo to make it suit.
