Epson WorkForce WF-7610: fix Cartridge Not Recognized & Print Blank Pages

You have great videos and are so helpful! I have replaced the print head on my Epson WF 7210, thanks to your video. Afterwards I kept getting a paper jam error, took the print head cartridge out and put back in to make sure I did it correctly and now oh my goodness, the print maintenance box ZOOMS FAST to the left side of the printer and slams into the side making a terrible sound. I don’t know what I have done and can’t find any video with this problem! Please HELP!

Please help. Epson wf 7720 black ink will not print. cleaned printhead several times, primed cartridges, NO BLACK, colors spotty. Ive watched several of your videos I can't figure this out. I am using chipless refillable ink cartridges from you, BCH. Ink levels show full. Now printer will not recognized large black cartridge. What's happening??

Hi, I have Epson WF7710 which I use for sublimation printing with refillable cartridges and all of a sudden, after just a couple of months, the Black isn't printing. The inks are registered, it doesn't prompt me that they are non approved inks, and the ink level register shows the ink levels are ok, but, only uses the 3 primary colours, not the black. I've done numerous head cleaning, alignment etc, but the test print just doesn't print any black? I've took out the black ink cartridge, gently shook it, replaced it, refilled it slightly, all looks ok.. Any ideas please?

I have a question. My WF 7610 doesn't want to print documents from my computer. The printer stops at the beginning, (it takes paper from the paper drawer, then it starts. Then paper is delivered to the upper case and the printer immediately stops) and I get the message as if a paper was clogged. However when I want to make a copy, it works. Can you please help me with your advice. Thank you very much from Poland.

Hello, Ive can't get past the "cannot recognise ink cartridges page". I've tried wiping gently wiping down the chips (without water). I brought the cartridges from eBay and they said they were suitable for the Epson WF-7610, but now I'm not sure they are. Can you tell me if the T2521, T252, T2523 & T2524 are suitable for this model? Thanks and love your videos!

At 2:34, you didn't really fix anything you simply reseated the ink cartridge.... I have same refillables in my WF-7620, and though it accepts the cartridges (with accompanying "nag" screens) sometimes in the middle of large 11x17 full color printouts in the middle (or worse, near the end) of printing a full color image on photo glossy paper (expensive per sheet!) it halts with the "Cartridge Not Recognized" error yet again! Ruins the printout, photo page has to be thrown away and I have to start over after reseating the ink cartrides! I cannot tell you how frustrating this becomes when you're up against a deadline trying to print 20 or so large full color photo quality prints and the printer stops in the middle of every 3rd page or so because it can no longer recognize 1 or more ink cartridges!!! And yes they ARE FULL OF INK! :-< So what's up with this happening with the refillable cartridges? I never experienced this problem with genuine Epson ink cartridges, so I'm pretty confident these refillables aren't latching in securely enough and that's the issue I was seeking to find a fix for when I came across your video! I've tried 2 different sets of refillable ink cartridges, it makes no difference the same issue re-appears just frequently enough to make me want to scream!

I have a WF-7510 which i am servicing and have R/R the printer head,but now printer will only show printer error screen(turn off and restart) but does not give code, printer head assembly never initializes.Flashes green lights. Have had this issue when replacing or cleaning printer head?

I'm giving up with sublimation. I can't seem to get it to ever work. It either prints blank or so very faint with lines. When I switch back to non sublimation regular cartridges it works again.

I was told the best reason for buying a Epson printer was because when one of the colored ink cartridges runs out of ink, you can continue to print in black ink only - THAT IS A LIE. Each of the several ink cartridges must have ink, if even one is empty these copiers will not print and you get a message - "You can not print until the empty ink cartridge is replaced." An even bigger problem with Espon copiers, you select to print in "Black ink only" and yet the colored ink cartridges become empty even when you never use them - stay away from Epson copiers.

For this symptom, it just turned out to be a defective yellow ink cartridge.

Can I pull air from the bottom using a regular syringe? I’m having a problem with it printing blank nozzle checks with sublimation ink. I also flushed my print heads clean.

I just replace the head print in my epson WF-7610 and only print color and not black, ink cartridge are new. Can you help me?

WF-7610 OX97, HARDWARE FAILURE I called Epson they told me it was a hardware failure and they were sending a free replacement. The printer was just 3 years old. If I didn't return the broken WF-7610 they would charge me $140.00. I return the old printer and was never charged. So the replacement was free. It pays to call and ask.

Hi Kevin, I'm Chris Nguyen. I watched a lot of your videos about print head of Epson printers. I used the print head cleaner but it didn't work. I still got the problem. My printer is Epson Photo Stylus 2200 ae messnd my desktop with Windows XP. On the desktop computer screen, I got the message T-0341 only. No ink levels indicated. Can you help me? Can you fix my Printer?.it's not printing.

At 19:23 it doesn't matter if you top the ink cartridge up with ink or not, (assuming it does still have a good amount of ink in it) if you simply push down on it then release without removing it will then become recognized again and you can start printing again (though you cannot resume the current print job it probably interrupted). I'm starting to think these reset chips may be the actual fault that causes this. I'd like to see a fix for that, before I throw the 2 sets of refillable ink cartridges I already have in the trash and return to the abhorrently priced genuine Epson ink cartridges! :-\ Just saying. You never actually fixed the problem of Cartridge Not Recognized errors that occur with the refillable aftermarket ink systems for this series of Epson printers friend. :-(
