I think what he means is that his parents were in a position to support him in his endeavours. For example, while my parents would for the most part like to support me, I had to beg them for 12 years to let me take horse riding lessons, and there's no way they'd ever let me get my own horse to do shows or anything like that. It's not because they hate me, it's because it's soooo expensive and quite time consuming, money and time my parents didn't have to spare, no matter how much they wanted to help me with my dream of competing horses. I get where you're coming from, all parents should love and support you, but it gets to a point where some parents simply can't do that, especially for something like equestrian sports.
@@humangecko Yes, I know what you mean!! I grew up with 10 brothers and sisters and my Dad was a school teacher. There was no time or money for equestrian lessons or for much of anything at all. My parents didn't spoil us or support our dreams. It's great that Matt's parents loved and supported him. It's an extra bonus that his parents had money for expensive endeavors! It sucks coming from a big family whose main income is small!
sadkremmit the same here! But i saved up my money from work and when i was 18 u bought my own horse. Yes you have to compromise and be lucky to find a good stable thats not to expensive but it did work out for me!

They share their home, property, horses, dreams and even their wardrobe together 😉 In adult’s world we call that a serious relationship, no matter what your gender is. A person with less experience and understanding in life may see or want to see things differently. So Albert, dont be confused. Just look a little bit more carefully and you notice Jesse’s and Matt’s world is something else than just two cute friends hanging out on a neverending pony camp 😚

hey! i was thinking about why people may think you come across as ‘arrogant’ the only thing i can assume is that you clearly have great looks, you’re well groomed and always dressed nicely and look smart. i think in today’s society automatically (and maybe subconsciously) link that with being ‘full of yourself’ and therefore arrogant? idk. but you absolutely seem like THE most down to earth person and i love how raw and honest your videos are :)
I definitely agree. I wouldn’t say that I look good, at allll, but, I do care alot about my hair, skin, nails and makeup, and often people think I’m a mean, selfish bitch, just by looking at me. I’ve been told by several men that they got intimidated by me when they saw me the first time, because they felt like they were less than I am. And especially if they stood out, had a different style or even an illness, they thought I would definitely judge them for that, and even that I am too “good” for them to talk to me 😨 Which is really sad, that people would think that, just because you care about the way you look. I actually really like to talk to all kind of people, no matter how they look, and I am very open, especially since I am sick myself, I really don’t judge. So because I know so many think stuff like that about me, I make sure to show them that I am actually very chill and open. I do have a really bad resting bitch face, so I do try to remember to smile instead when I am out and about 😂😂
When I first found his videos I thought he looked a little arrogant at times due to his posture (when he's standing/walking, not riding). Straight back, chin up, legs kinda streched, as if he's trying to look over something or people around him. His look didn't play any role in that assumption for me.
Matt's look that he gave Jesse when he was denying about dating only a model or influencer, they have to be a lovely couple and you can't change my mind
It's nice that in the comments people don't push the couples issue and let them live their lives the way they want to. That say a lot about their followers.

Here's the deal, i am old, almost old anyway, and what i see are two young men who like myself love horses, riding them, being around them, and all animals in general. . . they are both seeminly kinda old for there years, very mature, they will be great parents someday, they both would have to understand one thing. . . that kids just want to be kids. . . that's all parenting is just let the kids be kids, and keep from going nuts

I am very impressed with these two young men. I find Jesse to be an old, loving soul. His connection with animals of any kind is amazing. You can tell by how the horses respond to him. A true horseman. Matt is getting there but I do feel has ways to go. But all in all, I wish these two a wonderful future no matter where it takes them.

I hope you realise that half the charm of your vids is the lovely friendship you share and the caring, respectful way you speak to one another. Oh, and the horses too, of course. I'd like to see more vids showing how you actually teach the horses (eg. how to achieve a good half-halt, or how to begin lateral work or how Jesse gets Macho to rear on command etc).
