The art gives off the vibes of old religious art depictions of scenarios that played out in their stories. It makes the aesthetic feel of AOT being far into the past even more prominent.
If anyone is wondering, 標 in both Japanese (Hyō) and Chinese (Biáo) means Mark. And that mark is meant to be Eren. Thus, the title is Eren The Coordinator.

NOOOO!!! I've been playing this for months now, and only because of the recent episode do I realise that the guy in black is eren, and he's looking into memories. Mind blown
Well Eren was the one who said Grisha's words back to himself, which Grisha had told Eren while injecting him. This is the loop Kruger started and Eren was the loop controller, if what I said makes sense
There are only two choices left: either the people outside the walls are humbled and die, considering themselves "hellish geeks", or they are fighting for their freedom and the right to live on Earth in the same way as all other people. In fact, I like this anime, and in principle this story is one of my favorites, since very important and complex topics are touched upon here. Thanks to this anime, you realize that the world really does not consist of black and white colors, it is gray and incomprehensible. There are no bad, good ones here. When I first started watching, Rainer and Berthold, and indeed all the warriors before and after the future Gaby and Falco, seemed to me bad people who just wanted to destroy innocent Eldians who were not to blame for the events of a thousand years ago, but later I realized that the warriors are not bad. They simply had no choice. It hurts me so much to look at this world in which Eren was born. He just, like every person on the planet, wanted to live freely and happily. But other people decided otherwise. The warriors also wanted to be considered as people, and not as devils. Everyone wanted to be free and happy. But someone or something decided otherwise. It's even possible that Eren didn't want to become a monster, but he had no choice. Sooner or later, the Marlians would have come to Paradise anyway and started destroying everyone.
Simply iconic to me, we have Eren Krueger, the Owl, Grisha Jaeger, the Usurper, and finally Eren Jeager, the Destroyer. All three held the power of the Attack Titan and all together in a way. Couldn’t do any better in my opinion.
S1 : Titans killed my mom I will have my revenge S2 : Wait what.... My comrades killed my mom S3 PT1 : Aight WTF... S3 PT2 : Monke is the leader and killed my mom, I will kill him S4 PT1 : espresso, victresso... My mum died and now I am depresso... S4 PT2 : A small price to pay for freedom
What do you mean regardless of the ending? If you are trying to say you didn't like the ending, I feel sad for you as you failed to understand Eren as a character and the main themes of Aot.

@@Nik-md4to The ending was a pile of garbage, you don't need to defend it to like the music lmao. The writing was going downhill for a while but the last 15 chapters were an absolute joke. Characters like Yelena were forgotten, themes of how the Founder works were overwritten and the Colossals straight up vanished instead of going mindless. Or the way 8 scouts with infinite gas and blades beat an army of ancient shifters and an army of colossals with no casualties, in the steam that was supposed to burn them to crisps. What didn't I understand? That Eren was practicing his acting skills alone in front of the mirror, or was it with Falco outside the hospital in Liberio? 10/10 facade lmfao. Get outa here, it was GoT season 8 manga edition. Worse even.

I know Manga readers knew about the twist but I’m here after the latest episode and I’m floored. But it all makes so much sense now. Also this art is perfect and means so much more after seeing the latest episode!
We the watchers(before read the manga) never even imagined in our wildest dreams that Eren Yeager would be holding that kind of Trump Card...Hajime Iyasama is really a great talented person and i respect him from my bottom of my heart for giving us a Magnificent Legendary series like A.0.T.. BEHOLD!!!!! EREN YEAGER!!!!!!😭😭
6:13 is when I begin getting an immense series of goosebumps I haven't felt since before what I'll call my "Falling" or as others say when I was "sick". Well over a decade, so many years lost and spent trying to find myself after the old me was as naive as young Eren, catapulted into a world that seemed to be nothing but against you. I died, both figuratively and legitimately some lost time after that understanding and a series of losses that obliterated what ever I had left for comprehensible living, love, the very being I am... Then after years of searching desperately, I realized the meaning to Stargate's quote "If you immediately know the candle light is fire, then the meal was cooked a long time ago." I am and always have been free and right where I'm meant to be. Devil or angel, these titles don't define me and nothing ever will.
How come I never realized that how Eren got his name is from Eren Kruger when Grisha met him and got his attack titan ability, and Kruger told Grisha to start a family in the walls.
there are no story like AOT. best fiction story of all time. not just in anime category. whatever category you can think of. im not exaggerating. every person really need to read/watch AOT, even non-manga/anime person
I really hope in Season 4 pt 2 they use a soundtrack similar to this one, I feel there might be some instances where a version of this, would feel epic! Great job! I love this rendition

Eren wanted 4 things: 1) He wanted the people he loved to live long lives. 2) He wanted his people to be free. 3) He wanted to eradicate all titans. 4) He wanted to be with mikasa and always be putting the scarf around her. He achieved all except 4, he did it in the form of a bird but bittersweet ending for sure. The destruction of paradis 200 years later meant nothing.
@@grov3823 you’re entitled to your own opinion. But the ending to me was a perfect bittersweet. No protagonist who attempted genocide have happy endings. He achieved his goals in the end, that’s a win for him. He dies in 4 years anyway, he made sure his friends are well taken care of, Reiner and Annie included.
@@comboknight eren should've continued the rumbling, since he made himself get defeated. Also he character was out of character in the last chapter. All his development, just for it to be washed away by one chapter, eren was worse than season 1-3 eren, atleast i liked him back then. And even armin and hange making the alliance was dumb, they know damn well paradis is gonna be destroyed if they stop the rumbling.

I love this picture. Usually, things go left to right in an image to make it represent past to present to future, yet somehow goes in a reverse direction. This can be seen from the order of Kruger to Eren, symbolising a movement in responsibility and importance at their respective time periods. Additionally, the motif of the transition from a stormy, uncertain reality to the open, free world opening up at Eren's end of the line paired with the birds soaring through the sky illustrates Eren's obsession with becoming free, unlike "cattle" such as Mikasa.
kinda manga spoilers, not major but read at your own risk due to the founding titans and attack titans abilities combining and eren getting a touch of royal blood this picture is basically canon
@@divinehatred6021 the attack titan wasn't captured by marley it wanted to be *free* the attack titan looks like a plain titan but it renders it's user immune to King Fritz's vow
“The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created-and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground-for I regret that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.” the book of Genesis 6:5-8 NIV

@@justexplained6364 I want you to look *very* carefully at the shadows. The placement of the characters' feet. Note that Grisha is sitting, Kruger is standing crouched over him and Eren is standing over both of them. With the angle of the lighting, which can be determined from Grisha's feet and Kruger's legs, the sun is casting a shadow on the ground in front of the bollard. This shadow is being cast by both Grisha and Kruger, with Grisha casting a partial shadow upon Kruger's left leg and arm. This is definitive evidence that these two are both casting the same shadow. It is therefore impossible that they are both casting different shadows within the same scene. With this fact being the case, please note that there is a second shadow, this one being present to the left of the bollard. With Eren standing behind Grisha and Kruger, and since Grisha and Kruger are already casting their own shadow in front of the bollard, the only character who is capable of casting this shadow is Eren. As well, once more please note the positioning of their legs; With Kruger's legs already casting the shadow at the front of the bollard and Grisha sitting down, only Eren is in a position that can lead the shape of the shadow into the shape of legs, as they are in the image.
