@@MariuszMroczek-dd7ku Maybe if aew was a decent worthwhile wrestling entity, he might lose some of that excess obtuse cellulite and then the benefit might actually go to his brain instead of his stomach...>
@@AListProductions He's already done a bunch of vids on here with Bubba and they were INFINITELY better than the aew asskisser who looks down on eric in these videos...>
People who say Cornette is racist have never heard a complete episode of his podcast. I'm a person of color and it offends the hell out of me when people use the term racist just to dig at each other, trivializing real racism in the process. Cornette is an old southerner, but reminds me of my father in that when called out on inappropriate things he says, he apologizes if they're right, and learns and improves his world view.
100% People hear clips and not the whole story with Cornette and it annoys me. It is like the Swerve thing. He was defending Swerve! I saw the art and it had nothing to do with race. But people took one look at it and boom. Like dude. Listen to what he actually said. 🤦♀️
I love Corny's podcasts and pretty much everything he has on RU-vid, but he a raging shit-eating liberal idiot when he goes on a political rant. He's not "racist" ENOUGH.
@@MariuszMroczek-dd7ku LOL you should have seen what his hair looked like years ago when he had a full head of it. Sort of similar to jon moxley's multicolored hair in his younger years...>
It's for the show. Although I do think he is friends with people from AEW, he plays the rôle of the face, because Eric acts like a heel. Both behaves in an amped up version of their normal behavior.
It's a work. You'd think more wrestling fans would see that. I'm sure he does enjoy AEW on some level and good on him. Whatever blows his hair back. The defensiveness is a work. He likes seeing Eric get all riled up and that's an easy way to get there.
@@p.b9085Thank You, and Conrad clearly defended eric you can even hear in his tone he was annoyed by Dax but he has to be impartial, because its really not that deep to him (and not eric too) but conrad is indeed the face And allowing eric to rebutal so he doesn’t have to 😂
God Conrad just fucking whines and moans anytime AEW is brought up. He needs to go make an AEW themed pod with colt cabana or some shit. Also Eric is a saint to sit across from this and not lose his shit.
I love how he claims FTR is the best tag team in the world and Eric quickly calls him out...... the best tag team in the world that has never won a championship in the big leagues lol
@@johnjones8888tbf they won the nxt tag tiles and had great matches with diy at the time the main roster tag division was laughably bad compared to nxt’s
@@johnjones8888 Best tag team at what, putting fans to sleep? Or getting absolutely NO reaction at all unless it's in their hometown...> They do that quite well.
Don't forget Tony lol. He drops huge money on stars and books them like trash. Austin could find the fountain of youth heal his neck to 100% and Tony would have him super kicking in tag team with the bucks
Agree, Chilidog Conrad thinks that because hes Flaire son in law he has knowledge of wrestling. Like they say, wrestling knowhow isnt sexually transmitted
Attaching himself to important people in the wrestling business has gotten him far. He wants to stay on good terms with Tony Khan.... you know... "in case"
@@djdonald243 I don't believe that it's a character. He is an actual friend of Tony Khan. Most people people would play devils advocate to defend their friend.
That's just the fan base. They are so upset nobody outside of them are drinking the Kool aid and always screaming people are being negative because they are telling the truth that they don't want to hear
@@twinewinder1 This reminds me of the time when Dana White told Seth Rollin's that "FAKE SH*T SHOULD BE 9.99" on Twitter, and Seth got all defensive lol
As a wrestling fan I don’t want AEW to fail, but I do want it to get better, by better I mean more watchable the matches are of a high standard but there is no build up to them to get me emotionally invested to care who wins or who looses. Watching this you can see Eric feels the same. He is not lying about what he is saying, as he has said himself during this video the way he says it is not easily digested by the more protective fan or wrestler.
Conrad is the new version of Dave I can’t stand that he drives me crazy when he doesn’t like it when Eric speaks the truth who’s been in the business for a long time he knows what he’s talking about
Dang Eric. You hate when folks are dishonest, hypocrites, and when they say stupid shite. Yet you are still working with Conrad? 🤔 Maybe you are locked into an arrangement with him. Hopefully, that expires soon as 83 Weeks would be soooo much better with another co-host like Bully Ray.
lol I think that’s a given at this point. I’ve been suspecting Conrad having a legally binding contract he has these guys in some podcasting contract because of you think Eric wants to be here every morning you got another thing comin.
I"m guessing Eric is a loyal person and as much as I don't care for where Conrad is taking this podcast, he DID make it much better than when that flake Nick Haussman (spelling) tried to host. But Eric has grown and needs someone better than Conrad...either that Conrad learns to ask questions and just let eric talk.
I noticed a big change in AEW social media interactions since Punk was let go and TK was roasted over all the BS that was involved. Since that time AEW performers, and TK especially, have been combative with ANYONE that gives a critique to the product, it's like they bury their heads in the sand, refuse to take constructive criticism from their fan base, matter of fact go out of their way to insult and offend those fans, trolls not included, and we all wonder why viewership is down?! I watched Dynamite last night, as I do every week, but I fell asleep!!! The flat bullheaded refusal to course correct ANYTHING to help turn the ship around is exhausting as a fan!
I understand youre angry because ftr is defending aew. Remember ftr owes aew because when they were in wwe main roster, they got buried because of McIdiot. Lets give dax some credit. I respect dax as a wrestler but not as a fragile person who can’t take criticism.
@pinroshan020 they got buried, you say? You mean like only winning a match against each other and jobbing every other time? You mean like having embarrassing matches with the Young Bucks in which they lose? Or do you mean having a new random tag team partner every other week it matches that nobody will ever remember? Good thing they went over to Mr. McMark and aren't getting buried anymore..... lol
I love Eric smile as he’s telling people that he loves it. I can take it. That’s awesome. Such a dick but in a good way, and a very comedic way, but also means what he says type of guy
Conrad is feeling that crushing weight of realizing that him “liking the human being” isn’t based on actually knowing these people. They do stupid stuff and there’s no reason they shouldn’t be told they are being stupid.
Conrad should have your back. You’re making him money. People don’t watch these shows for him. If people come at you you have all the right to decimate them. Ftr have been jobbers since the beginning. Only reason they have 5 star matches in aew is because uncle Dave has a hard on for any trash the bucks do.
I’ve liked AEW from the beginning. I’ve wanted it to succeed, but oh my God it is becoming indie horrific. It’s almost unbearable to watch sometimes something needs to change
I saw Eric get knocked out at a bar in Atlanta about 25 years ago. It was crazy. He may be a good fighter, but I think he had too much to drink that night.
Social media has totally killed the mystique of wrestlers. A very few of them know how to use it. Matt Hardy was one of the first wrestlers who used it, particularly with RU-vid to push his character to a point where fans couldnt tell if they were seeing a character or a crazed Matt. Wrestlers- don't expose yourself so we don't believe your gimmick!! Tuff guy in ring, butt hurt on Twitter/X
I've said for months now that Dax is constantly proving why he doesn't belong in the big leagues..... becoming Tony's Twitter White Knight seems like he's come to that realization also. More cringey than his shitty promos.
