I hate to say it but the awesome moms never EVER stand a chance in this show and are some of the first to go because they are always unable to elevate their cuisine and give complex dishes. the only person I can think of that defied this logic from all the seasons combined was Linn from season 2

I don't think I'd be able to handle a challenge like this. No good food related memories, and nothing in particular comes to mind as an inspiration for starting to cook. All the other challenges would be very difficult, but this one seems impossible. I'm glad everyone here had a childhood worth something, able to spark inspiration.

Theyre pursuing it as an artform and study it fulltime, so don't best yourself up. I used to come from a bad family, so I started cooking and making good food memories myself. Think about someone you love, and cook something with them. Make a new memory!

Yeah it’s the Asian connection. He saw Eric’s potential since day 1. And looked out for him cuz Alvin prob saw a little of his younger self in Eric. Hence why after master chef they opened a restaraunt together and successful too.

Dora in the next elimination challenge, Nose to Tail. Eric actually targeted Dale and Kayla to get eliminated but surprisingly, Kayla did better while Dale was in bottom because he served a raw steak. But, Dora's dish was the worst because it resembled someone just puked on the plate.
