The video is from the movie " RUSH" , and the song was featured in it. ...but the song was written by Clapton as therapy to help him deal with it after his four year old son fell from a window in a high-rise 53 story apartment building.
The song was written from the perspective of his son, as if it was the son Conor, asking Eric, would you know me when you get to heaven, because I (conor) shouldn't be in heaven, he should be with his dad and mom right now.
The 'movie clips' are from a film titled "RUSH"(1991, not 2013), music by Eric Clapton. 2 narcs trying to bust a big dealer, and what they go through to do so.. heroin addiction, falsifying evidence, etc. WELL WORTH the watch!
The reason why he says he can't stay in Heaven is because he's only visiting his four year old son who is in Heaven who fell to his death from his apartment window who he wrote this song for.
@@paullewis886 when you google this, you can see the tower (the height) and the window, where it happened! Grewsome! Windows. that were down to the floor, and one of it was open... No one can imagine that!!!
