Actually mate, the sounds starts off synchronized but about halfway into the video it seems slightly behind your fingers. In other words, your fingers play the notes just before you hear the sound.

no difference whatsoever between the sound and fingers, at most on some parts of the song it may seem that the sound comes a bit late, but it's kind of an optical illusion.
