It's invaluable that we have this event, having attended personally I thank Carlton and all of those involved. The Black Business report as an intelligence document will enable African & African-Caribbean business owners to proliferate the business landscape. Business is competitive and we must enter business knowing this. What the conference did was bring around 400 of us together who can now enable eachother within this market place. We must abandone our programming, which has been lodged at a DNA level that tells us self determined organisation is "Too Black".
