You gotta watch their knees!! Their separate perception of rhythms they choose to follow is so wild! Its like a link into their personal senses of rhythm and how they differ.
I think it might actually have to do with the instruments they’re playing. As a guitarist myself, and specifically a blues guitarist, I noticed I was following the rhythm like Eric Gales when I read your comment. I think it’s because as a guitarist you play more chords and individual licks, kind of riding on top of the music, crazy solos aside. But the bass line is more focused on eighteenth notes the whole time, being a jazz Jaco Pastorius riff and all. So mononeon has to keep the train going so to speak. It’s almost like he’s beating a drum with the bass line kind of. I don’t know, just a thought I had 🤷♂️

Dude is doing a LOT more than sitting back and setting the tempo -- that said, I really liked their interplay here and, as busy as this was, they both still knew how to give each other space to stretch out. I enjoyed this immensely -- way more than I thought I would a NAMM video!
Delay effects quickly sort out the good from the great. I love hearing a crazy riff five times but crap myself when I know that every mistake gets the five times treatment too. This here is beyond great. Thanks for posting.

Wow, can't believe there's actually more than one or two people not holding up phones and recording this in order to get more views based off someone else's talent. Honestly, seeing shit like this makes me want to walk around and slap the phone/ipad right out of there hands. Excellent musicianship, they compliment each other well.
