@@bigtonutzhe never said that? He’s very open about his use but what he explained applies to everyone. Stretch under load and a controlled eccentric is very important for hyperthrophy. Please try to be smarter in the future, you might NOT be stupid one day!

Honestly, the fact that this dude is that flexible proves that he not just used peds and ate the right stuff which is stated in comments but also clearly put a ton of effort, time and thought into his training. Strong, big guys are common but i know only a handful like Hafthor, Juji, Andrew Jacked and now this guy who are huge and also flexible. Stretching and training to be flexible for me is the proof that the sport really is taken seriously...

@@campana317 I mean it's always more than PEDS. No one gets anywhere from just straight PEDS. There's always going to be other factors involved. This guy is very impressive, and knows what he's doing much more so then most guys on or off PEDS.

PEDs give you drive to excel so yea, it is just the PEDs and pretty much nothing else. The decision to use PEDs is the only thing you get credit for. Good job

hes actually right guys.. thats a nice training approach, more people should do it like this. (even if it looks funny). personally i cant stretch that far bc i dont have the ankle mibility for it 😅

Weightlifting shoes can be super helpful. My ankle hits bone pretty fast so it's not like I can even work on more mobility, but those shoes is basically doing heel elevated stuff but with great stability witch you wouldn't get with like a plate on the ground for a squat.

The training is basic and on those kinds of drugs you won't be able to sit still at home - motivation is endless ... people on PEDs talking about discipline are making up stories to boost their ego - it is more difficult to skip a workout on PEDs than to do it (unless you're doing starvation diets for stage which aren't even necessary .. people have gotten death face on 3,000kcals)

Yeah he not lying cause those legs are super developed because of the stretch you get doing FULL RANGE OF MOTION. Thats why some bodybuilders have trouble growing their legs because there's so much more to the rep if you were flexible enough to do a full range of motion set, and not cheat the reps.

I’m small right now, 6’0 220ish but I’ve always trained to be flexible, I have the same ROM as Eric on my exercises however I am much smaller at the moment but I know my body and as I grow, I plan to keep the same ROM. On top of being flexible helping with strength and muscle/tendon health, it just genuinely feels good and relieving to be able to stretch like that especially using weights to push the stretch even more.
