It’s always fun to see fellow swedes reach outside of Sweden’s borders ! I remember following Erik’s journey on Swedish idol, which he won btw, but haven’t heard much from him since and man he sounds different from how I remember him even though he was a powerhouse back then already !

If you haven't yet, check out Breaking the Silence where Erik and Dam Vasc sing together. Awesome. (he had to leave Skid Row as the touring was too hard on him. He is still regaining his strength after his bout with leukemia.)

Yes this cover is awesome but i recommend you to listen to Eriks first cover on the Chanel, the cover of Black Sabbaths Headless cross, he was in the middle of his cancer treatment when he did it. I promise that you won't be disappointed.
Just for your information...."I will always love you" is not Whitney Houston's song. Whitney sang the cover as well. The original song was written and recorded by country music legend Dolly Parton in 1973 . Whitney covered "I Will Always Love You" in 1992 for the soundtrack to the movie "The Bodyguard". Which was 19 years after Dolly's original. Whitney didn't write it.
