Okay, let us just say that JoshTQ is a treat. When almost all of our sentences end in “innit,” whether it fits or not always makes for a good laugh, especially when it’s not a common phrase you use. Creating this Erron Black guide was a ton of fun, and we hope you enjoy it!
Trying to learn this game and don't understand why my juggles don't seem to work the way you're showing. Like if I finish a string I can't go into the next stream at all. He just stands there asif I'm not pressing the button. 🤷🏽♂️ Informal inquiries only please
Timing is REALLY hard for beginners, said as a fellow beginner. Once you finish inputting a string, you have a few frames to input the next string. Usually this timeframe to input finishes a generous amount of time after you input the previous string, but finishes before the animation itself finishes. Also, button mashing instantly ruins any kombo potential. You need to input exactly as many button presses as the string needs and not one more. If you press more buttons than you need to between strings, the next string won't special cancel and will result in exactly that: your character just stands there waiting for the next command. This tends to be hard because usually you'll be mashing the buttons as quickly as possible to make your string work, but that ends up working against you.
@@johnlojo4911 bro this explains LITERALLY EVERYTHING I've been struggling with. Why the timing was so insanely inconsistent and never felt right. Sometimes it would work when it felt like my timing was WAY too early and sometimes it felt frame perfect and didn't cancel into a special. Thank you SO MUCH dude.
So is down peacemaker worse than locked and loaded? I'm asking this because Josh used to say that the down peacemaker is better than locked and loaded.
@@protz9914 I wish I can help but I’m in the same boat with holding up tryna put that rifle away. It’s hard to do tbh which is why I never do it and just be happy wit my b222 acid pour guaranteed damage
@@annamnguyen8134 it’s kind of slid for an advancing mid and some characters can low profile it despite it being a mid. And certain characters that have good dashes/movement can literally back dash on wake up and make it whiff if you try to meaty with it (even if you’re up close to your opponent). And lastly, against spawn, if you’re in the corner there’s nothing you can do if they spam 3,4. Spawn can keep Erron in the corner all he wants because of how slow Erron is and the lack of reach he has to deal with him in that situation
You gotta hold up during or before the pop up , it definitely takes some time and repetition to get down consistently. I was never able to get it down and I main the damn character lol so I’ve been living life without doing it sucks I can’t when other Erron mains do it so effortlessly
U gotta hold up immediately after inputting your hit with the rifle. Also, u cannot do this unless you have enhanced locked and loaded in your variation. The cancel comes with that special move
Happened to me, if you're on pad try to slide your thumb from 2 to 1 to 2 to 1 and 2, if you're on stick is a lot easier. If you do the other input 2 1 1 1+2 you'll interact with something nearby because of the 1+2
i trying this myself at training mode and would get it only sometimes! the best way i did is slide 2,1 then slide 2,1 again and press 2 and then special move, it would come out everytime, however, do it fast
Forward 4 is not safe on block when using Aaron Black. every time I go against somebody that uses the character, Aaron Black, and they use forward 4 I punish them every time you should know your research before you make claims like this. In some cases, it could cost somebody a match when you’re giving false information.
So you showed off the best CUSTOM variation, but it can't be used in competitive play, so I want to know what the best tournament variation is. Otherwise great guide
The lack of feedback on fd realted to buttons & strings is hilarious coming from "competitive" player. Other then that, I'd say your Premiere Adobe work is neat, but ant here for that, arent we mate?
