Welcome everyone! In today’s video, I'll guide you through a workaround for fixing the "File is Locked for Shared Use by" error in Power Automate.
I recently faced this problem while working on a client's workflow. The process seemed simple: a user sends a document for review, but things go awry when the reviewer opens the file in their browser, approves it via email, and then closes it. Despite the approval, the workflow believes the approver still uses the file, causing it to fail when trying to update file properties.
