Love this game, wish Double Fine had remastered this one too. El pollo Diablo was my favourite, that and the bit when you put Cheese in the Volcano on Blood Island, “ you fool you put cheese into a lactose intolerant volcano god “ LMHO, loved making Guybrush do silly stuff.
@Michael Andrei Palon But it would be nicer if the backgrounds and animation were in higher resolution and clean with no pixelation, plus with 100 % live orchestra, like in Grim Fandango. Plus it would be great to hear a commentary track with Jonathan Ackley, telling how they did the stuff back in the day.
I love Murray, I had a save point for every time there was a major interaction with him just so I could replay it again. Thankfully now I have youtube for that.
The Spanish version of the game also has "Si! Se de un pollo que va a dejar de cocinar alitas, para siempre!" which I think means "Yes, I know a chicken who's going to stop cooking wings, forever!"
He says almost the same (altought it's missing an "a" for the correct spanish syntax: "he dejado en libertad a los prisioneros"...). Considering the "a" he says: Yes! I have released the prisoners and now I've come for you! (he doesn't say "your prisoners", for that it should be: Si! He dejado en libertad a tus prisioneros y ahora vengo por ti!). Anyway!!! great game both in english and spanish (but the spanish version is missing the "I pirate I was meant to be" song).
@@michaelandreipalon359 Translating songs is difficult because they have to follow a specific rhythm and rhyming pattern. And in this case, Guybrush stops the song by using an un-rhymable word.
@@Pingwn Thanks, though I treat both versions with fair regard in terms of their advantages (the original for comfortable angle views and the Remastered for the graphics).
