Recipe:
Mixed Field Greens Salad w/ Edible Flowers
Ingredients:
2 cups Mixed Greens of your choice (arugula, baby spinach, romaine)
1 cup Dandelion Greens & Radicchio
1 scallion, sliced thinly
Optional additions:
Edible Culinary-Grade Flowers
4 Ripe Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 cup cauliflower, sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, cubed
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add dressing in small
amounts until lightly coated. Toss to incorporate dressing to greens.
Season to taste with salt & pepper and enjoy!
