I noticed that it you fully extend your fingers back as far as you can you contract all those muscles in your arm and wrist on the upper side of your arm. Making a fist contracts the muscles under your arm closer to your elbow. Might want to try experimenting but I think flexing all the muscles as much as you can plus open fingers, plus bending back your wrists can create a lot of slack.
Clenching your fists is a good way to start, but eventually if you gain muscle control you can just tense your fingers in a similar way to create the same gap on your wrists just by flexing. It seems that it might draw less attention to the person cuffing you. Also, in the second 'arms crossed' method, it looked like your left fist was clenched which would create less room for the right hand to escape. Sweet videos though, I definitely enjoyed them and learned a few things in the process.
Yes, some are. BUT they are not talking about being arrested (legally or illegally). I believe they've pointed this out in a few videos. Also have pointed out that they are using what any kidnapper could pick up at your local hardware store.
probles is, that this is just normal zip tie used for tieing up cables and stuff like that. Zip lock handcuffs are totally different thing (for example cobra ties shown in one of your other videos).
Actually if you spread your fingers wide it makes your wrist much thicker, this is often taught in basic self defense classes for cases where your wrists have been grabbed.

Whist yes everyone does have muscles in their wrists, having just looked at my own, I can tell you that there's no discernible difference in size between clenched and relaxed wrist muscles.
The crossed wrist method can backfire HUGELY! if you cross your wrists, and they go between your fist and between your arms (front to back if looking at the victim rather than left to right as you show) them you are stuck. What are your thoughts then?

My wrists don't get any bigger either, and I'm a guy. I think it's because I have a prominent wrist bone. It's hard to explain without visuals, but there's an extra/larger bump (from a bone) on the outside edge of my wrist.
To be fair, for those that don't have english as their first language (like me) it can be hard to distinguish his "i" in illegaly. I was confused for a few seconds thinking he said "legally", before going back in the video and listening to it again.

Zip cuffs used by police have a much higher tensile strength than off-the-shelf zip ties you can buy at the hardware store. You could literally slice off your hand trying to break them!

Of course cops are trained better than to allow you do to this, but if someone other than police were "illegally restraining you", as mentioned in the video, they might not know. If it were the police, then these techniques for resisting arrest and escape would get you two more felony charges.

My wrist expands big time when I flex. Don't worry, if we are zip tied next to each other when we are rushed to fema camps, I will untie you once I am free and we can jump the guards together.

When the police use zip tie cuffs, and they do sometimes, they use a double cuff system, not these singe cuffs for both hands. This would never work on the real double cuffs the cops use. Google them and you'll see why this video is crap.
